Negative cash flowing apartment investments are what we call underperforming investments. It's so easy to get into this position, but it takes twice as long and hard to get out. What we’ve discovered is that 9 out of 10 property management companies hired end up being the “wrong” companies! So, don’t get discouraged that you may have the wrong company managing your property. It’s fixable problem with the right action plan!
Your original intent when purchasing the property was not for it to cause you trouble. At times, best laid plans go array for reasons that can be overcome with acting quickly and with sound and time-tested strategies.
