Our ideal client(s) is one person or a small group of focused individuals who are ready, willing, and openly committed to learning how big deals are done, willing to step up to the plate to play a big game, and be accountable for their goals and results. Also, because this is a 12-month commitment on both sides, you’ll have to pass a phone interview with Peter and team members.
Plus the following:
• You’ll be able to come to one of Peter’s large apartment projects onsite and learn from the ground up how projects come together from A to Z OR come to Peter’s annual group training session in California. Both are 2-day trainings and occur once per year only. All materials will be provided. Peter will decide which event will be put on and when.
• Peter and/or a team member will travel onsite to your project before the close of escrow to consult with you on due diligence items, help you set up operations and management structures, review the overall project with you, and advise you on any other items tied to your success.
• Advanced training sessions with Peter on subjects such as: deal syndication, raising capital, managing your property manager, and other topics not taught in any program or textbook.
