Terry Painter is the President and Chief Lending Officer of Business Loan Store, a mortgage banking firm specializing in commercial lending. Located in Medford, Oregon, Terry founded the company in 1997 as a North West commercial loan brokerage, and funded $4.6 million dollars in loans in 1998. Business Loan Store as since become a direct lender and has grown to funding $73 million dollars in loans in 2006 and for many years has financed commercial properties in all 50 states. When Business Loan Store cannot fund a commercial transaction with their own funds, Terry and his team of professionals use their many correspondent relationships with banks and insurance companies to get the deal funded. In these tough economic times, Terry has developed a specialty in negotiating loan modifications for commercial loans. When Terry is not in the office he speaks regionally and nationally to real estate investor groups teaching investors and real estate professionals about commercial real estate and commercial lending.
